We are very pleased with our new purchase. We bought a 2023 Polaris 450 from Jeremy. He was fantastic in working with us and allowed the sale to go smooth. There was a small mix up between sales floor and warehouse in which we had to wait a few days to pick up our new machine. We waited approximately 4 days mixed in with the holiday season to pick it up. Jeremy was excellent with communication, brought us the ramps, and loaded the machine for me. This is my first experience with Polaris of Medina. I am the service manager of Schiets Motorsports in Fremont Ohio and we had an older Victory that had a serious running issue and none of Polaris shops close to me would or could help me out. I was happy with the sales service but when you're charging me a prep fee you better be sure the bike is prepared 100%. Luckily I trailered my purchase home then plugged a battery tender into the included plug that was already installed. The battery tender was blinking red indicating a problem so I took the seat off to discover the pigtail was never connected to the battery and the battery hold down strap was laying on top of the battery and not connected.After discovering this I thought I better check the rest of the bike over good if they couldn't do something so simple as installing the battery correctly. Next I checked the tire pressure, the decal on the swingarm indicated the rear should be 42P.S.I., it was at 26 P.S.I. Next I checked the front that was suppose to be at 36 P.S.I, it was at 29P.S.I. Again if you're going to be charging folks a prep fee the bike better be 100% ready to roll.

There were a few communication issues at the begin but Ernie the general manager is great. He resolved those issues with one phone call. Ernie is very customer driven and made sure I picked up my bike ahead of schedule. And though Josh needed to communicate a little more he was great too, very personable and friendly, and patient while you made your bike selection.

After buying the bike I went to pick it up but was told that they wanted to replace the front tire before letting me ride it out. So it was another 2-3 days before it was ready to go. There was no additional cost to me for the tire and I very much appreciated the honesty as I’m no expert on tire ware...
